Incorrect Items

General Returns

Pre-approval is required for all returns
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt
Refrigerated items are non-returnable
A 20% restocking fee applies to unopened, non-refrigerated items
Special orders, custom herbal blends, advanced lab testing (urine, stool, saliva, blood, etc.), and lab test fees are non-refundable
